Sweet 16?
Some of you may know Emma, aka Blaugranadirectioner.
If you don’t, well. Emma is one of the kindest, sweetest, most caring girls on tumblr.
She loves her followers and takes time to help all of them when somethings wrong or when they need something. Her blog is pure perfection.I know her quite well and I’ve had the opportunity to meet her once.
I can tell her everything I normaly don’t tell anybody. Yes, she means alot to me.Emma has been suffering from scoliosis since she was 6 years old.
And one year ago, she had surgery.
But apparently something was wrong with her heart.
So she had a heart attack…
Emma survived and recovered quit fast, but she has to deal with the consequences every day of her life.Tomorrow’s Emma’s Birthday and I wanted to make it a very special one.
I know her 16th Birthday is one she’ll never forget. But for the wrong reasons.Emma has been diagnosed with Diabetes and congestive heart failure yesterday.
Emma has been suffering mental pain for a long time already, and she always told me how tumblr and her followers make her smile every time again.
Emma, you should know that we think about you and We’ll be there for you if you need us. You’ve been so brave already.
